Thank you for helping answer this question

Question

I want to use this on a motorcycle to control a turn signal circuit with RGB LED blinkers. At rest LED's will be White, and with turn signal on they should be Amber.
I have a pulsed signal from the Turn sig switch I want to run to the module. I want the module to have a timer set to something like 10 sec so the output will stay on as long as the turn signal is activated. This constant output will then go to a DPDT ( I think) relay which will give the 12v to the LED's wired to blink Amber. Once the Turn signal switch is turned off the timer should activate and after 10 sec turn off the output. This allows the relay to go back to rest state. At rest I will have the LED's wired for White.

Will this timer module do this? I read the instructions and I think it does but I'm not sure if the pulsed input it's designed for is a "momentary pulsed" ( Double click unlock button on key fob to unlock all doors) or a "continually pulsed" ( turn signal blinking until turned off).

Thank you for any input.
