We are shipping VERSION 2, this new version works for ALL NISSAN and INFINITI vehicles that are factory XM or SIRIUS ready (it will also work WITH or WITHOUT factory satellite receiver installed).

The Nissan/Infiniti Aux input works with a Satellite ready factory radios.
Having 2 inputs, it allows you to have 2 devices like an portable mp3 player and an portable satellite radio, or use one for video sound etc. * AUDIO FEED IN ONLY *

  • It has two auxiliary inputs selected by the SAT button on face of radio.
  • The AUX Adapter works with a Satellite ready Infiniti G35 and Nissan 350Z factory radios.
    Radio must have a "SAT" button or have "CH", "CHANNEL", "CAT" or "CATEGORY" printed somewhere on the face of the radio to be compatible. This is usually located near the Tune or Seek buttons.

  • It has two auxiliary inputs which are selected by the SAT/Radio button on face of radio.
  • The first in the industry to use the steering wheel or radio buttons to send out commands to optional SWI-X which can be used to control an MP3 player, DVD, VCP or most devices that use an infrared remote.
  • Also comes with negative remote outputs when ever the radio is in Aux mode which can be used to turn on devices (ie turn on dvd player, etc)
  • Plugs into the back of the factory radio

The AAI-NIS will support 2003 Murano / Pathfinder, 2004 Nissan Maxima / Murano / Pathfinder / Quest, 2005 Altima, 2004-2005 Inifinit QX56 and Infiniti 2004 FX-35/45, however due to the way the steering wheel and presets control the radio (vehicles with a PRESET ABC button), the SWI-X output is not supported. PRESET A is assigned to Auxiliary 1 input and PRESET B is assigend to Auxiliary 2 input. PRESET C does not access any inputs on the AAI-NIS.

We sell 3.5 mini microphone/headphone jacks converters, rca cables, portable satellite radios, mp3 players and more! See our AUX accessories section. Some converters are trunk located, you may want to consider picking up a rca cable with a length of at least 12 feet to complete your install. For converters which wire at the 'front', removal tools may be required to remove radio (European cars and Fords), see our DASH KIT department under REMOVAL TOOLS for any extra parts you may need. Volume Performance of source will vary with different types of products (some inexpensive portable players have very weak headphone amplification circuits). This product will not work in any years/applications other than what is listed or not work in situations where it is listed as incompatible, it is the buyers responsibility to confirm the correct product for application before purchase.
