This cabe is to extend regular 3.5mm wires about 6 feet. It is a female to male connection, so it just goes inline. It is perfect to be used with any grom bluetooth kit, isimple isbt21 bluetooth kits (for the microphones) or extending 3.5 output jacks to extra length (when you need to get it from the dash to the front).
