Porsche Application Notes:
1) CD Changer Retention: The CD changer must bedisabled (taken "out of the loop") of the system.
2) iPod and Aux interface is done through the CD Changer interface.
3) CD Changer Enablement: If the vehicle is not already equipped with CD changer, vehicles with CDR23 will require activation (retrofit activation) of the
CD changer. Vehicles with PCM do not require activation of CDC, except in rare cases where the vehicle has no other options such as NAV, SAT, Bose,
etc, and thus the MOST bus may not be active and may require activation by the dealer and retrofit activation of a CD changer.
