Postal shipping information: Please read this carefully as most online retailers will NOT ship to PO and APO boxes (we will, but there are DELAYS...) --Please be aware, there are delays with most postal shipments.
There are DELAYS with ALL postal orders including POSTAL PRIORITY. Postal is NOT the fastest way to ship a package. There will be HOLDING periods and all postal orders are shipped out in batches. If you need something quickly, we RECOMMEND you select UPS (NOT US POSTAL) to ship it

United Parcel Service (non postal) USPS = United States Postal Service
UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE) is the FASTEST method of shipping available with us. If all possible: please use UPS to ship to a street address.
** UPS will NOT deliver to PO, or APO type
addresses. If your billing address is a PO box, you must select USPS *postal* as the carrier, otherwise your order may be cancelled
out and you will need to replace it.
**Some
products cannot be shipped via POSTAL because restrictions at some of our warehouses.
Usually, this restriction is shown in the product description (but not always).
If an order has products which cannot be shipped postal, it may be cancelled.
You can then replace the order using a card to a street address. (3-30-2005)
IMPORTANT (orders in excess of $200.00 US or with a weight of 6 pounds or more)
All orders with a value of $200.00 US or with a weight of more than 6 pounds will be shipped out WEEKLY. We will no longer ship our expensive packages or heavy weight packages with regular pickups. Please make provisions for this extra time as the packages have to be dropped off to a US postal facility (WEEKLY BATCHES)
RIGHT TO CHANGE POSTAL SHIPPING METHOD
** If you select US MAIL for a NON PO/APO mailing address and if we find
that we can ship the package UPS, we reserve the
right to change the shipping method to UPS and
ship the package via UPS (United Parcel Service).
** If there is some very special circumstance why you absolutely must ship NON-UPS
to a street address, email us *before you order*
If your card goes to a PO box, you may change your card billing address to your
home address with your card company or use another card to complete the order
using UPS. Do this before placing the order.
Do
not pick UPS ground or any UPS selection for PO BOX or APO type addresses (2-22-05)
If you plan to use a shipping carrier other than UPS to ship your
package, please read our terms on how we will bill and handle your package.
Postal orders are sent out in batches, there will be delays (see details).
If your billing address
is a PO box, APO box or any other address that requires a NON UPS carrier
such as postal, you must select POSTAL as the shipping carrier.
Selecting any carrier (such as United Parcel Service/UPS) to a PO box address
may delay, void or cancel your order (2-15-2005)
By submitting an order to us, shipping with a carrier other "than"
UPS -or-requiring us to use a non UPS carrier (ie: PO box addresses)
to deliver your package, you signify you agree to the terms below: (2-16-2005)
The terms for NON UPS shipments apply to all shipments that is not carried/transported
by United Parcel Service.

By continuing to use our site and by placing an order, you signify your agreement

We offer shipping via Priority mail and other non UPS carriers as a courtesy
to our customers who have APO, PO and Postal addresses.
We know it may difficult to place an order if your billing address resides to
a postal address. For this reason, we offer non-UPS shipping on a limited scale.
Because of the extra amount of handwritten forms and other steps required on
NON UPS shipments, the handling and administrative
fees for such packages are higher
than UPS (total displayed during checkout). Normally, for high value packages,
we will always insure the package.We will always ask for some sort of delivery
confirmation including but not restricted to signature cards, return receipts,
etc. Total for Shipping and Handling is displayed during the CONFIRMATION
stage of checkout. The handling fees we add to the actual postal shipment cost are non negotiable. Postal shipments need more work for us than an UPS shipment and we charge these fees for the extra work we have to put into it, if you do not agree to the shipping fees shown to you at checkout, pick UPS as the carrier or do not submit the order.
Typically, the #s associated with postal shipments are for delivery confirmation
only. USPS does not offer any in transit tracking for regular mail, postal priority,
global priority or parcel post mail. (10-25-04)
It is also our experience that any package that weighs more than 10 pounds
usually cost more to ship than a package if it were to be delivered via UPS.
there is no in transit tracking for US POSTAL orders, especially International orders. If tracking in transit is important to you, choose UPS as your carrier
