The UM525 fixed mount VHF marine radio features advanced marine technology from Uniden.
The easily visible large 3 inch diagonal LDC display is the largest in its class.
This unit features a full 25 watts of transmission power with excellent receiver performance.
Full DSC capability including position send and request.
Built in 25-watt loud hailer with intercom and pre-programmed fog signals.
Heavy duty speaker microphone with backlit Up/Down channel select and 16/9 Triple watch keys.
The rugged die-cast construction meets JIS7 submersible standards.
GPS intuitive-Uses GPS data to determine proper fog blast pattern, recommended channel band etc.
Also repeats GPS position including date, time, speed over ground, heading, latitude and longitude when connected to a GPS.
The UM525 is fully submersible so you can splash it, dunk it and wash it.
Scrambler capable for providing secure communications.
All USA, International and Canadian marine channels.
Programmable scan and Triple Watch.
Unique 'Step' key that steps the user directly to channels programmed in the scan memory.
