This unit is designed to work in vehicles with or without factory slave units (cd changer, XM receiver or DVD (RSE) slaves, but not ALL 3 at the same time). This unit is compatible with ONSTAR, Standard BOSE or PREMIUM BOSE sound systems.
- Stereo RCA L/R inputs.
- Direct sound, no modulation.
The PXGM24 aux input is the first in the
industry to use the steering wheel or radio buttons to send out commands to
PAC's optional SWI-X which can be used to control an MP3 player, DVD, VCP or
most devices that use an infrared remote
Note: The design of the converter has changed in the newest version and
power/ground is now a required additional connection. (product is the same as
pictured except for the Y 24 pin plug is no longer available, this was a running
change the manufacturer did to the product)
The AAI-GM24 is a standalone auxiliary input for most 2003-2004 GM vehicles.
Unlike our AAI-GM12, the AAI-GM24 works with vehicles that do not come with
factory XM, factory DVD or factory external CD changer. The AAI-GM24 will have
two auxiliary inputs selectable by the headunit's button. Even works in most
vehicles with the factory 6 disc in-dash head units. .

Some converters are trunk located, you may want to consider picking up a rca
cable with a length of at least 12 feet to complete your install.

for any extra parts you may need. Volume Performance of source will vary with
different types of products (some inexpensive portable players have very weak
headphone amplification circuits).
