• Retains all warning chimes including back-up chimes, memory seats,
low fuel, door/hatch ajar and others.
• Provides a +12volt accessory wire.
• Retains RAP (Retained Accessory Power) when key is turned off. Radio stays
on until the door is opened or for aproximately 10 minutes.
• Supplied wire harness to connect aftermarket stereo to factory speakers.
• Will work in vehicle that have the factory Bose® amplifier removed or bypassed.
Custom wiring is required.

This unit enables an aftermarket radio installation
without requiring to leave the factory radio in the car. Replicates factory
warning chimes, provides a data bus generated 12 VOLT accessory power output
that is fully compatible with GMs RAP (retained accessory power) system. RAP
keeps the radio powered after key-off like the factory system. This unit also
issues data commands that maintain a 'healthy' system status to other vehicle
systens.
WIRE your new aftermarket radio to the harness just
like you would in a standard install. THIS INTERFACE generates a 12 VOLT ACCESSORY
power output for your new radio and retains RAP. Chimes will be produced through
the buzzer of the unit. Comes with installation instructions.
