Direct control, charges the Ipod and gives title name track info right on the radio display! Plug and play!

** Radio must have SAT button on radio **
For 16 and 24 pin connector at head unit.

The FRD03-AUX/S converts the 16-pin SAT port to auxiliary input. Not for use with vehicles with RSE.

Allows full control of ipod and displays Ipod text information on the radio display using the satellite radio mode of the OEM headunit.

Displays artist name, song title, albums and playlist on factory radio

Direct audio, no FM modulation.

2 modes:

Ipod mode which lets you control the ipod through the ipod controls
or
Factory control mode which allows you control through the factory radio controls

INCOMPATIBLE: NOT compatible if the SAT system option is installed because the port is being used.

LS 2004-2005 FRD03-POD/S 16 & 24 Pin connector at H/U Radio must have “SAT” button.

Navigator 2004-2006 FRD03-POD/S 16 & 24-Pin connectors at H/U Radio must have “SAT” button & no factory DVD (RSE).

Town Car 2005-2006 FRD03-POD/S 16 & 24-Pin connectors at H/U Radio must have “SAT” button.

By using the Satellite Radio port the FRD03-POD/S can display iD3 text information such as artist name, song title, album name, playlist names on the radio display screen.

Not compatible with factory satellite radio, original satellite radio must be disconnected.

Does not interfere with the operation of the in-dash CD or 6-CD Changer.
