i have a 2001 nissan sentra. wanted to put aftermarket radio in. wanted to know if there was an adapter for dual radio hookup?

A: I assume you want to install 2 radios at the same time?

There may be no easy way to do this, one way is to use solid state relays to switch the speaker output lines

or you can get this

get 2 radios with rca outputs, and then get an amplifier that will drive the speakers. You can then switch the audio output to the amp with the device above.
