    Q: I bought the Simple iPhone auxiliary battery several weeks ago. When I needed to use it today, it failed because it appeared to not have a charge, though I know I’d charged it and set it aside in the event that I would need it several week ago. How can I tell if it is working correctly? I anticipated that it would accept a charge and hold it until needed. Either something I’m doing isn’t working, or I’m not doing something correctly.

    Questions:
    When charging, should the ON/OFF switch be OFF or ON?
    When fully charged, how will the 4 blue indicators on the back of the battery show, lit or not?
    How long will the battery hold a charge if it is the iPhone is not in its cradle, and the ON/OFF switch is OFF?
    How long will the battery hold a charge if it is the iPhone is not in its cradle, and the ON/OFF switch is ON?
    How long will it hold a charge if it is not used, and the iPhone is in the cradle, and the ON/OFF switch is OFF??
    When the iPhone is seated in the cradle, how should the blue indicators appear when the ON/OFF switch is ON?
    When the iPhone is seated in the cradle, how should the blue indicators look when the battery is fully charged, and the switch is ON?
    When the iPhone is seated in the cradle, how should the blue indicators look when the battery is fully charged, and the switch is OFF?
    How long does it take the battery to acquire a full charge, without the iPhone inserted?
    Can the battery to acquire a full charge, with the iPhone inserted and the ON/OFF switch ON?

    I do not understand your question on vehicle speed sensor, I assume you mean VSS. This unit is not a navigation unit so it does not require a VSS.

    If you are asking about sound with speed adjustment, without being 100% sure, I would say no, this factory feature will not be supported.

    Q: now I did buy this item but there really isnt much info about it, can you please tell me if its like the ones that american muscle has. it states "smoke" so I hope thats what Im getting...please respond back ASAP
