We were closed for a few months due to a recent unexpected disaster.

Our computers were destroyed along with the major bulk of our normal stock items. We tried to continue operations the best we could during the trying time, but it was just too difficult to ship orders. Most orders used to ship out the same day. So we suspended taking orders and registrations the past months and even closed the storefront. We are OPEN again taking orders.


On a TRIAL basis, we will reopen with the following conditions:

- All orders will be have a processing time of AT LEAST 1-5 business days before shipping and up to 7 days on some products. This is AFTER you place an order and pay for the product. Before you place ANY order, be sure you accept this policy as a condition for accepting your order. Please adjust your schedule accordingly. If you are in a rush and this does not work for you, DO NOT place an order.

- We may at any time after you place an order, cancel the order if the product is not available. The order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full, you should then receive a decline letter from our server and also the payment processor.

- No orders will be shipped postal or Internationally. - The handling rates are shown for the TOTAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING. This includes the increased fees for package handling. We currently have to charge additional handling to get our packages processed and shipped (the total is shown during the checkout phase, you will not be charged more than what is shown to you). The total for shipping/handling shown during checkout includes the handling/processing fee added to the actual ship amount. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE INCREASED shipping/handling fee, PLEASE DO NOT place the order.

- Any defectives will have to be claimed within a 14 day cycle. Any exchanges for defectives which carry a manufacturers warranty and is a manufacturing defect (not an installation error) may take about a month for exchange depending on product availability since we are not carrying a large amount of stock.

- If during this trial run, we decide we are unable to complete orders successfully, we may shut down again. Please consider this before placing an order.

- There were some customers who had some orders cancelled out between the time of disaster and the time we decided to close, if you want to replace an order, email us and we'll give you an exact eta of delivery and also a discount.
