I recently ordered an Alpine 6 disk CD changer for my Honda Civic. I
did a lot of research prior to my purchase, and guess what? Sound
Conceptions had the best price by far. Better price than B--- B--, and
C------ C---, and a local radio shop. Delivery was nothing less than
STAT, and the changer came neatly packaged in it's factory box. The
installation instructions were very informative and greatly helped
during the installation

This has truly been an outstanding customer experience for me. Sound Conceptions' prices were the best I found anywhere. I got a response within 12
hours on a component not listed on the Autotoys website -- and of
course they had it in stock. Ordering was fast, easy, and secure via the website.
The components were delivered on time and included complete instructions and wiring diagrams that made for a smooth and predictable installation.
Although I did not use the technical support line, it was nice to know it was available, if needed. All technical and installation questions were answered
by the complete documentation that shipped with the components. I

My experience with Sound Cenceptions was great. I bought a Sony XE744 eraphic
equalizer. They shipped promptly (it even arrived a day earlier than I had figured),

I recently purchased a Pioneer DEQ from your company, and at first your
price seemed to good to be true. I figured at least it would come in a
beat up last years dust covered box like some discount stereo sales I
had been to where you wonder who's car the stuff you are buying was
removed from, and which dumpster they found the box in. It was nothing
like that, The EQ arrived 5 days after I placed the order in a spiffy
new box with all the corners. I do a lot of business over the net, and
I have found your company a joy to deal with, and as for your
competitors, I'm still waiting for a order I placed 3 weeks later.

I finished installing the Alpine 6 disk CD changer in my '98 Honda Civic
LX and found that it wasn't difficult. The information sheet on how to
get access to back of the radio was adequate and accurate. Questions I
had, both pre-sale and post-sale, about the installation were
answered
by email promptly. The CD changer works just as the operation is
described in my Honda owners manual. The price was at least $120
dollars less that I could have find locally, and $400 less that buying
from the Honda dealer.
If you don't mind doing the installation work yourself, buying a CD
changer from Sound Conceptions is good alternative.

what could happen. When I first saw this site and all the low prices I
thought it was a joke. Then I read some of the other customers

that fast! ) and wanted to install the power doorlocks right away. I just finished
installing the central doorlock kit into my 1996 chevy van. It is windy & raining but I did not get to wet because of your easy to follow instructions. The

I was always uneasy on ordering over the net, but I thought that I would
give it a try with your company. I ordered an alarm (CrimeStopper 9709DC) and glass
sensor on a Saturday and got the package on Thursday. That is some good time to have
it shipped halfway across the US. The installation went very well, I DID though have
some problems and called you all for help. When I called, I was told that they were
really busy and they would call ME back! I couldn't believe it, they were going to
call long distance just to answer my questions. Well, after about 6 hours of putting
the alarm in, I finally finished it. From the pictures that you see, I put the brain
of the alarm right behind the cruise controll buttons. It is impossible to see the
brain when you look under the dash from the bottom. It doesn't look that pretty,
but believe me, no thief can see it anyway. I put the LED light right by the cruise
controlls also (see picture). The glass sensor was put right under the radio panel.
This is a great place to put it. It picks up everything. I am very happy with this
alarm and with all the advice and tech sheet that you sent me. Expect me to come
back and shop with you all again!

I would like to comment on the wonderful service that I received
from Autotoys. First of all, the company processed and sent my order out
with incredible speed. The whole process of ordering, which I did online,
was safe and easy. The product was sent in a package that was checked
twice for accuracy. It also was taped up nice and tight. The tech sheets
that I got specifically for my Honda were very helpful and definately
helped me get my radio in faster. The company also sent a bag of extra
supplies that helped immensely in the set up of the radio.
In addition to these comments I would just like to say that I wish
