Let stand here my ENDORSEMENT after a successful installation! I wanted to have a good alarm & keyless entry for my Honda
Accord but I could not decide which is the right one for me. In the newsgroups somebody suggested to ask Sound Conceptions. It
was a good idea! Sound Conception recommended me the Prestige alarm at a great price, he helped me to get answer for all my
questions, worries about the installation. Now I have a great alarm, my wife loves the keyless entry and I saved $200.00! I think the

were more than enough. I am going to have to get my Central Door Unlock Kit professionally installed (its too complicated for a

First of all, I like to send in my endorsement: I have found autotoys to be very reliable in getting my orders out. They have sent me an
email right after they received my fax order, and I received my shipment 3 days later...along with the info sheets as promised.
Having little expereience in installing alarms, the staff have helped tremendously in giving me detailed advice and additional info.

I was very surprised at first when I found out about your web page because I noticed the prices were ridiculously low. I thought that
maybe the products were used. Well, you guys proved me wrong when my bargain arrived to me in a brand new box. Other mail
order companies were selling my Sony Cd unit for
$100-$150 more. Not only was I very satisfied with the price, but I received my
order just 3, yes 3 days after I placed the order. Now that's what I call service. In other words, do not purchase car audio product

I've been telling my friends about how pleased I've been with your company. You answered all of my questions about CD Changers
over 4 or 5 Emails without knowing whether or not I was even going to buy from you (in fact, you even suggested buying a model
from a competitor). The unit that I finally ordered from you was over $100 lower than the sale price from Best Buys and the shipping
charge was less than my local sales tax -- now that's what I
call competitive pricing!
The unit arrived 3 days after faxing my order, in a factory-sealed container. The extra envelope with installation instructions and parts
for my model of car was an unexpected surprise. Because the initial order was faxed in with my credit card, there was no question
of Internet security. Future orders can now be Emailed because you have my credit card info on file -- this is even more convenient.

I must say I'm not the kind of guy who writes commnedation letters. But you guys are just great! I mean I read all the other
recommendations on your site before I ordered from you but didn't really expect this top notch service and professionalism. If you

I've never ordered anything via the net before, so I was
very skeptical about the prices and the quality of the product when I began
looking into stereo equipment. Also, after e-mailing and checking various stores in my area, I became even more skeptical about
the low prices that were posted. I, not owning a fax machine, left e-mail with my number, and later that day, Sound Conceptions
called me up. After discussing with him the pros and cons (which he was honest about) about my selection, I purchased the Sony
XRC-900 and CD changer. A few days later, I received my package, including all the wiring I need, instructions specifically for
installation in my vehicle, and extra information if I were to need it. The service was good, the products came in well packaged
boxes, and in a timely fashion. Although I'm still new to the car audio market, eventually I will purchase more equipment, and when I

I was very impressed with SC's line of products and
prices, but I was rightly concerned with the legitimacy of any online company,
since buying would be very risky. Sound Conceptions and SC quickly, conscientiously, and courteously answered all my many
questions, as well as gave me great installation advice, without ever once pressuring me into buying anything. I checked the BBB,
and could find no complaints filed on SC. I ordered a FUBA antenna and Sony CDX 610; what I got instead was the FUBA and a
Sony CDX 710 ES, an upgrade at no cost (what amounted to as a 710 MOBILE ES for the price of a 3100 retail!), without any
haggling and intiated totally by SC. I am amazed at the prices they offer for quality equipment, and I am impressed with their
business manners...SC delivered everything exactly as they said they would, and I'm very very pleased with having dealt with them

Sound Conceptions was truly a wonderful buying experience. I emailed them as to what I was interested in. In only a very short time I
received a response via telephone (as I had asked) and was told that they had checked inventory and had my items in stock. At that
point any questions I had were answered and my order
was confirmed. My package arrived quickly and in a pristine state. They

I'll keep this simple. I emailed Sound Conceptions with a query on a price on a Pioneer 12 disc CD changer. They answered within
hours, and matched the price a competitor charged. I placed the order with Sound Conceptions on a Wednesday. THAT DAY
Sound Conceptions called me to inform me that the latest upgrade for that model changer was due in from Pioneer that afternoon,
and if I could wait 1 extra day for shipping, they would send
the upgraded model and no additional charge. Upon arrival home from
work on that same Friday, my changer was there! Wrapped SOLIDLY in brand new, factory sealed packaging. Even included free
connectors! The invoice was clear and was for the exact amount that was agreed upon. I will not hesitate to order from Sound

I previous bought the prestige 500+ alarm system from you and I just had toreturn a couple of thoughts. All of the information
supplied with the kit was extremely helpful, I read it all before starting and was very surprised to find all of the wires exactly where
they were described. I say this since I have learned to be
very skepticle of advice supplied by "experts" in the past, no problem here.
One bit of advice I would have for any other do it yourselfers is, if it doesn't work it is probably your own fault. Check the fuses,
connectors, crimps and of course the relay connections. It's easy to get things reversed when you are upside down. Last thing would
be a great appreciation of the price that you are able to supply these kits at. I was looking at buying a much lower
quality kit for the
same price locally. Now I have everything I'd like for the right price.

I ordered my CD-Changer on August 20, and I received it on August 27. It only took 6 working days to get the changer from New
Jersey to California. When I opened the box, I found all of the connections and information that I needed to put the changer in myself.
I had never worked on a car stereo before, but I had the changer installed and working in less than four hours. I only had one
question and they answered it within two hours. All of my e-mails and call were returned in the same day. I saved over $200 on my
changer and I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was searching the web for car audio information when I bumped into Sound Conceptions. They offered LOW LOW prices online
and full technical support after purchase. My order (amp, sub, antenna, alarm) was sent by UPS and I tracked the package online.
The items were affordable even after shipping costs, insurance, and Canadian duty taxes. The order came with all that was
necessary to install the equipment (crimp connectors, electrical tape, wires, car wiring info). I had no prior experience whatsoever in
car installations. The installation went smoothly with Sound Conceptions's prompt help. They sent me the profile 2400 instead of the
profile 2200 at no extra charge when they misquoted the specifications. For those of you who are new to car

I've been extremely pleased with Sound Conceptions security products! The support, prices and quick service (all of which was

past... I started looking for an alarm after my car was
broken into, and looked at prices at a number of other shops and mail order
places, and Sound Conceptions had the best prices by far... They answered all of my questions, set me up with an alarm and
doorlock kits that completely fit my needs. They delivered the alarm and doorlock kits very quickly, and included a lot of extra wiring
accessories, wire, even tape! The alarms were fairly easy to install, but when I ran into problems e-mail answers were very quick

I recently found Sound Conceptions website and I was very
happy to find that they have a lot to offer for my car. I recently bought a
mechanical siren from them and I had no hassles as far as verifying and sending the order. At first, the siren was on backorder, they
told that they would get back with me in a week or so. A lot of other companies forget about you, Sound Conceptions didn't. The day
they sent it off, they e-mailed me my UPS tracking number. Later that night, I was able to go to the UPS website and enter the
tracking number to see the current status on my siren. Is that service or what? Since they have taken good care of me, I've included

That was my first time doing business on the internet without using a credit
card. However, the product was received later than expect. I started to worry because I have no idea on what exactly is Sound
Concept. The tracking # that was given to me was invalid so I couldn't check with the UPS. I was desperated but the sale
representatives really care about the customer. They kept asking me(thru emails) whether I got my package. Finally, the package
arrived and after I open the box, I was delighted. The package included almost all the accessories(free) that needed to get the job
done. The alarm was in excellent shape and the best of all, the price is as promised. That's at least 10-20% lower than the best
price I could find.
