Nissan
Maxima 2002 SE Alarm Remote Start
|

|
Introduction:
This is an autotoys.com installation. One of several
hundred by the staff of autotoys.com
This article is a sample of knowledge gained by working on real
cars for over 18 years.
Online for over 10 years, when you buy a product from us,
we give you real support when you need it.
Instant access to answers through our customer forums. With thousands
of customers, avoid delays, errors and miscalculations in your
installation.. buy from autotoys.com - your outlet for car audio,
car alarms and auto accessories.
Products:
If you have an interest in any of the products
in this article, everything featured (electrical tape, connectors,
radio, alarm, wire ties, rca cables, diodes, screws --- everything is available 'now' (FOR SALE!) through our storefront).
Remember, there may be many manufacturers out there who sell similar
products as the ones featured in our articles, but if you want
a problem-free smooth professional install, your only guarantee is to buy the same parts we use (see our storefront).
Any slight difference in any of the parts and your install is
ruined (plus you won't have access to our post sale support or
forums). Especially important for alarm, radio and OEM changer
products.
Sales People (be careful!)::
Everyday, we get dozens of requests through
our chat & ticket support system, request for forum passwords,
questions on installation problems or questions. We can only focus on questions from our customers. The questions are simple..
the answers are simple - but these people, because they did not
buy from AUTOTOYS.COM cannot get an answer. Dont make a mistake
by buying through auctions, fly by night operations or new pop
up websites who are just a voice over the phone (a sales person)
with absolutely NO EXPERIENCE.
No experience installing in cars, no experience what-so-ever!
They barely know the products they sell! Don't make that mistake!
Make sure your purchase is from autotoys.com. These articles are
proof we know what we are doing and that we WORK IN CARS! We work on the newest cars with
the newest products.

Welcome! Happy New Year.
Its
January 2nd 2002. AUTOTOYS.COM is celebrating our 8+ year
online. Already 2 days into 2002, we have already worked
on 'several' 2002 vehicles. This shows we know the vehicles,
have the knowledge to perform the installs and also have
the capability to answer your questions before and after
a sale on products we sell. "NO OTHER COMPANY ONLINE" is
even close to doing what we are doing here in our tech section.
In
our installs, we pick and use only the best products. If
you see it in our installs, it is because we feel the product
is reliable and the best. We hate to see cars come back
and we want our retail installs to be the best possible
available options.
Again, we are working on cars in the NY/NJ Metro area. ON-SITE
installs! We know what we are doing and we do the job right.
Car
Features: 2002 Maxima SE
Alarm
used: Crimestopper 2006 FM (newest model, updated with
new features). Alarm and remote start
[
Find it online in our ALARM department at http://store.autotoys.com
or search under CRIMESTOPPER ] SEE OUR ALARM DEPARTMENT HERE
Accessories
used : Our special key immobilizer unit for the remote
start.
[
Find it online in our ALARM department at http://store.autotoys.com
or search under 555; we used 555U universal ] SEE OUR IMMOBILIZER BYPASS DEPARTMENT HERE
Lights
used : Car had factory HID lights.
We used Hiper N4x for the parking/turn signals, corners
and 9005 Eurolite Fusion for the high beams. You will see
that the 9005 matches 'perfectly' with the factory HID system
and using both lights got rid of the yellow. We also used
3022 Eurolite bulbs for the Interior domelight and the door
flood lights are 194 size (piaa). SEE OUR BULB DEPARTMENT
[
Find all these bulbs online our in BULB department at http://store.autotoys.com
or search under "9005". "194", "3022", "Eurolite" and "Hiper"
]
This
is a very technical car to work in. The doorlocks are special.
The door triggers are special, (pinswitch for each door)
working out of the Body Control Module, diodes are needed
(search under diodes at http://store.autotoys.com) and a few pitfalls which newbies
may fall into. If you are a Maxima owner and have this model
Maxima, if you buy an alarm from us or a remote start, we
can answer your questions during your installs through our
customer forums at http://www.autotoys.com/forum - No other company will be
able to do this. We worked on the car, we know what it takes
to get the job done correctly and we took every screw, body
panel and accessory apart. Buy from someone else (shrug)
-- who knows what you'll get. |

Need
to get to the steering wheel column to install the immobilizer
bypass module. We always have it in stock, look for it,
part 555U in our alarm department or search under 555. Hey,
be careful, that steering wheel cover is attached a certain
way, 2 things can break if you don't remove it correctly.
Better ask us in our forums, http://www.autotoys.com/forum
