We recommend a pair of FORDKEYS See DASH KITS > RADIO REMOVAL TOOLS > FORD KEYS It is cheap, we recommend it will purchase. You need it to remove the factory radio. Just insert keys and lock it into place, push away from center, pull out. Thats it!

This is the back of the radio. Some radios will have a prewired harness already ran, DO NOT USE that harness, our changer plugs into the back of your radio. See the empty plug? Plug filled? No worry, our changer cable has a Y-Connector on it, just remove the existing connector, plug it into our Y then plug our changer cable in. Its that simple!

Make
sure you connect any Yellow wires to a 12 volt source (you
can grab this at the radio or any 12 volt location, cigarette
lighter plug?) and also ground the black wire to a good solid
metal chassis bolt.

We
chose to power up the changer from the radio connections,
here is the color (may be different in some vehicles), it
will show 12 volts when the key is on.

Even
though the factory changer is a 6 disc, your radio will have
NO problems playing a 8 disc or even a 10 disc, shown is the
2nd track playing on the 10 disc. DIRECT SOUND, DIRECT CONTROL!
