This is when we preran the pioneer P bus changer into the back / trunk area.
Run the changer cable this way, this is how you would run the cable.
This hows you how to run the cables from the front to the back of the car and hide it
This is the radio end of the changer cable. The other arrow shows the factory plug. SAVE it! USE A PLUG IN HARNESS! We have it in stock, see our dash kit department!
The plug in harness and the aftermarket radio harness. Wire it together. It will make things a lot easier, get the kit and plug in harness. Search under 1720 in our storefront!
This
is the plug in harness all prepped. You see those butt connectors
on the end of the aftermarket plug in harness, EVERY RADIO
Purchase from AUTOTOYS.COM gets those self insulating
high quality connectors included FREE!! (note: The plug
in harness is optional) This is the remote wire hooked up to the remote lead of the radio.
In this picture, we show you to how to SECURE the dash kit in the dash so it doesnt flex or move. We show you how to do this easily! (see picture above) The dash kit will lock into place. For extra security, we shot 2 self tapping screws through the kit and into the metal of the car. This really secured the dash kit and the new radio. There will be no snatch and grab with this installation.
