BUY MERCEDES ML CD CHANGER IN OUR OEM DEPARTMENT

In this article, we highlight an AUTOTOYS.COM installation of the OEM compatible 8 disc changer we sell for the Mercedes Benz ML-SUV truck. All of the functions are retained, and you get an extra 2 disc capacity compared to the more expensive factory changer!

If you purchase the changer with our custom brackets, simply secure the brackets onto the changer with the included screws. Be sure to set the position of the changer to a 45 degree angle.

The factory cover can be replaced once the new 8 disc changer is mounted. No clearance problems!

Secure the changer with 3 10mm bolts (not included, and available from any hardware or large home center. If you need access to the jack, purchase PHILIPS head 10mm screw type bolts so they can be easily defastened with a philips head screwdriver. The bolts mount into the factory location

A picture of the changer mounted. Our changer allows easier access to changing the cartridge than the factory unit! Simply slide it to the left and eject the cartridge! It faces you!

One last bolt on the right secures the changer tightly. Notice in the back we folded the original blanket/warning kit and it fits nicely over the changer in a 45 degree angle!

This is the *FACTORY* Mercedes Changer which cost a LOT more, notice it is mounted backwards and needs to be swung out on the factory bracket for access to the cartridge. You need to unscrew the right side bolt first to gain access to the changer cartridge. The eject button is then upside down.

This is the factory changer, you have to swing it out COMPLETELY to slide the door to the right to gain access to the upside down cartridge. If your cargo area is full, I dont think you will have enough room. With our changer, open the cabinet, and eject the cartridge in less than 5 seconds!
