    Once your order has shipped and if it was shipped via UPS, log into your service area.
    pick an order, click on TRACK.
    A status screen will return showing you the status of your package in transit.
    No forms to fill out, no email to be sent, we do the work for you. Its as simple as clicking on the TRACK BUTTON.
     

    Note on shipping:
    We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
    (Holidays, Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days).
    UPS also considers certain towns EXTENDED DELIVERY AREAS, AIR shipments and NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENT guarantees are not valid in these areas. Ground shipping guarantees are only valid for commercial addresses. UPS reserves the right to deliver up to 8pm for residential addresses.

    All of our packages go out insured in pilfer proof boxes. Our boxes are specially marked with NO ADDRESS FORWARDING and in most cases, with ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED STICKERS.

    (UPS will NOT forward shipments to new addresses on our shipments, please call your credit card company with your new address before placing your order. If you recently moved, we can ship only to your new address because of our NO ADDRESS FORWARDING policy which is stamped and entered on each package).

Orders are only processed if the billing address matches the shipping address precisely. There are no exceptions. Orders are FOB from our ship point and all prices are in US dollars. Taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There may be restrictions on certain products which prevents us from selling to certain areas and regions.
